harmonies
our bedroom, the bed sits on an elevated wooden platform that takes most of the room space, underneath there is a storage space.
Mio and Kaitush our house cats, they are twins and I am so inspired by the forms they create when they cuddle together.
shelve above my desk, the cross stitch embroidery was part of an old dress I found.
my first ever doll, she is still my favorite and hangs in our house ever since i made her, she is one of the only objects i am never tired to see on the wall.
Amir made this hanger for me and made my life so much easier, and its a beautiful, perfect object.
our compost toilet, designed by our friend mikko and with my touches of fabric and color.
one of my inspiration boards
kitchen shelve
At moments when I am bewildered as to what is that moves me, makes me create and search for perfection, I realize that beauty on its own is my main drive. in that sense its totally compelling, I must create harmonies, its as if I don't really have a choice.
Our house and its garden is my secret world, my canvas, my lab, always changing with the seasons and shifting moods.
everything in the house is chosen, I am much too sensitive and what ever comes in has to make sense to me. its a gut feeling that guides my choices, I don't need to think about it, its a natural process.
